Due to forecasted high winds and the potential for power outages and brownout conditions during bus routes, New Deal ISD is canceling school on Friday, March 14. The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. We currently have additional minutes in reserve, so we would not be required to make this day up.



Thank you for your understanding. Spring break is the week of March 17th-March 21st.

The Student Health Advisory Council (SHAC) will meet in the New Deal High School Testing Center at 9:30am.
